Library Director for the Franklin Ferguson Memorial Library

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and vision to manage the library’s operations and support literacy, research, and a love for reading across all ages. This position works under the guidance of the Library Board and partners with school and District staff to ensure the library remains a cornerstone of learning and connection in the community.
Salary: $43,378 to $50,295
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education and/or Library Science or willing to work towards a Master’s Degree with a certification as a teacher-librarian.

The Library Assistant works an average of 30 hours per week and earns $16/hour.
